It is nearly Halloween, folks.  That means it is officially the holiday season.  There may have been a time when the holiday season didn’t start until Thanksgiving, but that is not the case these days.  Now, as soon as you are done carving the pumpkins, you had better start doing the Christmas shopping.

Still, one thing you can count on to stay consistent is that Tuesday is the day for new releases and reissues.  This is true for all music, but we only worry about jazz and blues music here.  Thanks goes out to AllAboutJazz.com and the people who volunteer to write there for providing this blog with this information.
